Injured Eternity is a game I made in RPG Maker XP over the course of three days for Ludum Dare 27.  I created everything for it except for the fonts and sound effects (this time I even created my own music, for better or worse).  It seemed, however, that I made the game a bit too difficult for some, as most were unable to complete it.  I learned a lot from this game, especially how difficult it is to create convincing and enjoyable puzzles in such a short amount of time.

What a lovely rip in time.

The theme for this Ludum Dare was “10 Seconds”.  An unnamed scientist is trying to create a way to stop time, but ends up creating a rip in time instead.  Time has stopped for her, and while she could live for eternity this way, if she wants to get out of it she must figure out how to use the items she has at hand to fix the problem.  Unfortunately, interacting with objects causes time to flow again, however briefly.  Each action wastes a second, and she only has ten of them.  You must find a way out in ten actions or it will be the end of everything.

For this game I was ranked #100 in the Art category and #59 in Theme.
